I think some guys in the office have a time machine and slow it down for Mondays...

I often perk myself up of a Monday with the following:
Peanut butter - eat a 4lb bag of peanuts
Banoffi - eat 5 bunchs of bananas and 1lb of sugar
Guiness surprise - drink 15 pints of guiness (note that this will be black AND heavy)
